This privacy notice discloses School Sports Promotion Foundation’s (SSPF) information practices for this web site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

SSPF is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. In order to achieve this goal, we collect information during your visits to our app to understand what differentiates you from each of our other users. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose it to any person or organization outside SSPF.

Personal information that is collected

For each visitor to our app, we collect the domain name and e-mail address (when required), the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

Uses Made of the Information Collected

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our app page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used by us to contact customers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web (and App) site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web (and App) site, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the site.

Chat Rooms and Forums

If the customer participates in a SSPF chat room, discussion forum, or posts messages to a SSPF bulletin board, the customer should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and/or outside SSPF, who have access to that chat room, forum or bulletin board. Any customer's expressed opinion is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of SSPF.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site, customize app page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

We intend to protect the confidentiality of customer personal information. We have security measures in place that are designed to protect personal information.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties

We will exercise reasonable efforts to safeguard customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, SSPF shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of SSPF including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of SSPF staff and/or third parties.

Notice of Changes to Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our app site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you can have a look at our web site periodically.

Terms & Condition for the Refund / Registration Cancelation Policy for SSPF Season 2019-2020

Once Registered the registration amount is non refundable however subject to following conditions wherein the registration amount will be refunded.

1. When SSPF is not able to hold or conduct district championship/ competition in that particular state/district due to unavoidable circumstances subject to clearance from SSPF.
2. When School wants to withdraw its registration 15 days prior to start of competition.
3. If the school fails to participate in the subject competition due to their own commitment / engagement the registration amount will not be refunded however the registration can be carry forward to next season subject to all conditions laid down in the governance norms of that particular season as approved by SSPF.
4. In case the school fails to participate in two consecutive season the registration amount will lapse and will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process
   1. School anticipating for refund need to write an official email to concerned sports officers with request letter on school letter head undersigned & stamped by principal or headmaster along with the payment receipt and the details of account from which the payment has been made.
   2. School Registration fee can be paid through a school bank account or by any individual whosoever wishes to. However the registration amount will be  refunded to  the account from which amount has been payed.

One time Registration Fee per Sports per season for season 2019-2020 only.

• Athletics – INR 2000
• Football – INR 2000
• Volleyball – INR 2000
